Hey you, gorgeous, emotionally intelligent, mature person —
Have you unlocked the ultimate boss level of the adulting game... "Having Healthy Boundaries"? Or are you still working having ANY boundaries at all? What are these mysterious personal limits that teach others not to misuse us? What online store do we get them in? Do your boundaries feel like setting your phone on "DO NOT DISTURB" mode but then compulsively checking your messages anyway? Or do they make you feel like you've become a rigid relational cop that has no fun? Can making and respecting boundaries be enjoyable? Sexy? Liberating?
Join January's Ludic Liberation Lab to play with BOUNDARIES! We will use tools from Psychodrama, RPGs, and Consensual Somatic Relating to design supportive, nuanced, and creative relational boundaries and then help each other practice and refine them in a simulated BOUNDARY GAMES. You are guaranteed to leave the Lab with at least one boundary card you can impressively play in 2023, and the recipe to make as many as you want. Perhaps even a whole deck!
Whether you are ready to become a BADASS BOUNDARY BOSS or inch towards being a BRAVE BOUNDARY BEGINNER, this lab can help you evolve your game!

The theme for Winter 2022-2023 Ludic Liberation Labs is ADULTING. What does it mean to become an adult? Does it mean giving up playing or inventing games? Does it mean keeping a calendar and having serious conversations and paying lots of bills? Can the enthusiastic acceptance of ADULT RESPONSIBILITIES be liberating?
This season, Ludic Liberation Lab will explore questions of ADULTING through games related to AMBIVALENCE, ACCOUNTABILITY, and BOUNDARIES! We'll need your help to make these topics fun and thrilling but ludic liberators believe that EVERYTHING CAN BE PLAYED WITH! Join the Labs and/or follow along in your personal existential experiments by subscribing to the Lab Report.
