Dear Ludic Liberators,
Anger is one of the primary colors of our emotions, like Joy, Fear, or Sadness, but so many of us try to deny its very existence. Experiencing anger may make us feel guilty or scared, or repress it internally into self-hatred and powerlessness. Could we play with anger in ways that are empowering, supportive, and safe? Could anger show us how we can change the rules of our personal and collective existential games to be more loving and liberating?
This Thursday, May 11 2023, join me and my favorite Ludic Liberation Lab collaborator Indigo Esmonde to play The Anger Games. We will explore anger through silly and serious emotional, cognitive, somatic, and relational strategies, to hopefully emerge from the experience with some clarity and release. It's sure to be a rager!
